Garlic bread is another one of my favorite dishes I struggled to perfect in the pandemic. Finally, today is the day I got it right and enjoyed it immensely!
You don’t have to bake the bread from the scratch for this dish. Pick a bread of your choice from the groceries store and ensure you have all the ingredients mentioned below. This dish will be ready in 10 minutes.
Here is the recipe for Garlic Bread without the Oven:
Ingredients:
- Bread – 4 slices
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Coriander – for garnish
- Salt – a pinch
- Pepper powder – a pinch
- Oil – as required
Preparations:
- Take butter in a cup. Add minced garlic, minced coriander, salt and pepper powder to the butter. (Tip: Be mindful of using less salt when using salted butter)
- Apply the butter mix to both sides of the bread.
- Heat frying pan and add a dash of oil. Fry the bread on both sides till they turn golden brown on medium flame.
