Dry Fruit Laddu

This is the spin off from the Multi-nut laddu I posted a few weeks back. If you have not already read the post on Multi-nut laddu, here is the link: https://saudhaminimylaram.in/2020/09/04/multi-nut-laddu/

I made few changes to the recipe and made it with the dry fruits available from local market.

This recipe will help people with joint pains, especially people above 50 years. It will also help in regularizing periods for women. And it can be taken as a mid meal snack too.

Ingredients:
  1. 100 gms Baddam
  2. 100 gms Raisins
  3. 100 gms Cashews
  4. 100 gms Anjeer
  5. 100 gms seedless Dates
Recipe:
  1. Dry roast all the dry fruits except for dates.
  2. Grind the dry fruits along with dates in the mixer (food processor).
  3. Like Multi nut laddu, no additional sugar will be required to make this recipe and dates will act as binding component.
  4. Make the laddus while the mixture is still hot and save them in an air tight container and leave it in dry place.

Dry fruit laddus can be stored for weeks. And if you have picky eaters at home, these laddus will give them the additional supplements they are missing out in the regular food.
